At 516 Roses, all sales are final.

No Refunds

  • Once an order is placed, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • Due to the custom nature of our arrangements, orders cannot be canceled or refunded after submission.

Store Credit

  • The only exception is store credit, which may be issued within 10 minutes of placing the order.

  • After the 10-minute window has passed, no store credit or refunds will be provided.

Deposits

  • Any deposit sent via Instagram or other platforms is strictly non-refundable.

  • Sending a deposit confirms your commitment to the order and secures your date.

Customer Satisfaction

  • If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

  • We are happy to work with you to find a reasonable solution, which may include adjustments or store credit at our discretion.
